Minimum Order

Our minimum order is 20 garments per design, per location.

Ordering Extras

Need an exact amount of shirts? We suggest ordering a few extras to make sure you get what you need. We are able to send your exact order much of the time, but there are a lot of factors involved in getting your order from an idea in your head to a shirt in your hand. We will never charge you for shirts you do not receive. We are unable to do any reprints on a job if there is less than 3% shortage on your order.

Turnaround

We are normally able to get your order to you 2 weeks (10 business days) after order approval. Our turnaround time tends to be season specific, so feel free to reach out to us to get a good idea of exactly how quickly you can get your order.

Blank Garments

We use many different suppliers to source our blank garments and will do our best to keep your costs low. Depending on the time of year and many other factors, some brands and styles may be low on inventory on a national level. We can always try to help you find similar alternatives for you if that is the case. We are unable to decorate garments provided by our customers.

Proofs & Design Dimensions

We create proofs in order for you to be able to see what you want to order before we make it happen. We ask you to keep in mind that the proofs we create are approximate. We try to get as close as we can to the real thing, but the most important thing to keep in mind is that the dimensions you request will be what we print. If you request a 10" wide design on the t-shirt front we will try and approximate what that will look like on an adult medium shirt, but you can be sure the t-shirt you get will have a 10" wide design.
